This first employment contract includes the FTQ’s set up of a member-funded pension plan (MFPP), the introduction of group and disability insurance, the addition of a shift premium of up to $2/hour and a crew leader premium of between $1 and $5 per hour. We also note the introduction of recognition for holidays, according to years of seniority within the Daher group; set up a time bank for overtime.
“I would like to thank Patrizio Meglio for his involvement and for the wise advice that brought us throughout this negotiation,” said Luc Frigon.
