Machinists sign new deal with Dominion Group!

Toronto, ON – Members of IAMAW Local Lodge 235 have a new collective agreement with Dominion Group Incorporated.

The three-year deal provides wage increases of 4.2 per cent in the first year, 3.3 per cent in the second year and 2.1 per cent in the third year. Other agreement highlights include:

• Improved Medical benefit coverage
• Improved Dental benefit coverage
• Improved Vision-care benefit coverage
• Contract language improvements
• Increased safety boot allowance

The 92 members package and distribute automotive parts for General Motors.

IAMAW, among the largest industrial trade unions in North America, represents more than 700,000 active and retired members, and administers more than 5,000 contracts in transportation, woodworking, aerospace, manufacturing and defense related industries.
