Markham, ON – The members of IAM Local Lodge 2113 have ratified a new collective agreement with Autoliv Canada Inc.
The three-year agreement provides wage increases for tier one workers of 2 per cent in the first year, 2.25 per cent in the second year and 2.5 per cent in the third year. Tier two employees receive a 2.5 per cent wage increase in each year of the agreement. Other agreement highlights include :
· Improvements to life insurance benefits
· Improvement s to orthotics benefits
· Pension increase of $1/hour
The 340 members manufacture electronic modules for seat belt and airbag deployment systems for the North American automotive industry.
