First Agreement for LL1295 at Renascent Fellowship in Whitby, ON

IAM LL2412 members at Kohltech Windows in North Bay ratify new contract

North Bay, ON – Today the members at Kohltech Windows in North Bay Ontario ratified a 3-year deal which included non-monetary improvements and more notably, salary increases of 19.5% over the three years. The salary boosts are as follows: $2.32 in year one, $.60 in year two, and $.70 in year three. Truck drivers received the same increases with an additional $1.35. “The salary increase was the memberships top priority
